Our aim is to help candidates make good career choices, using our expertise and market knowledge to help them decide if they should stay in their current role, or offer options in terms or a move that will advance their career.
e-Frontiers approach includes a face-to-face meeting where possible, a comprehensive discussion around the candidates' career, their skillset and experience. We offer advice on the current market and potential options the candidate might have. From our engagement, we are looking to build a long-term trustful relationship with the candidate.
If the candidate decides that they would like to move forward with an opportunity e-Frontiers has proposed, we endeavour to represent the candidate as honestly and as truthfully as possible. We continue regular communication with the candidate throughout the process, helping with interview preparation, providing timely feedback, taking an active role in any negotiation at the offer stage. Post job offer and acceptance, we remain by the candidates’ side, assisting through reference check, advising on resignation approach, and on-boarding into the new employer.
