Client’s Description

Our client is well established e-Gaming and Sports Betting Company. With over 100 employees they are looking to hire VIP Account Executive on a full time basis to look after day-to-day management of VIP Accounts.


Job Description

The Job:


As a VIP Account Executive, you will look after the company’s VIP customers, building personal relationships and creating a personalised experience for them.


You will provide customer care through various channels and handle day-to-day queries and complaints, including out of hours when necessary to deliver high quality service.


You will be responsible of managing VIP promotions and campaigns, working closely with the product team to define improvements for VIP customers, as well as managing and attending hospitality events on behalf of the company.



The Fit:

We are looking for an energetic individual, personable and friendly and who enjoys interaction with clients.

Someone with previous experience in gaming/gambling environment and a passion for it, with knowledge in sports and casino.

Previous experience handling customer contact and queries, excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills.

Adaptable to be on call outside of working hours, basic knowledge of trading is an advantage.


The Salary:

€30k p.a.



Our client is based near Green Luas Line on the South Side of Dublin.
