Job Purpose
Monitoring all incoming tickets/emails/phone calls/IMs/alerts & alarms. Event triage and correlation using Standard Operating Procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitoring all incoming tickets/emails/phone calls/IMs/alerts & alarms
  • Event triage and correlation using Standard Operating Procedures
  • Logging incidents and requests in the system with complete information
  • Categorizing and prioritizing incidents and requests as per guidelines
  • Engage appropriate teams for resolution and information
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Provide quality response with appropriate information
Key Skills:
  • Basic understanding of Server and Network terminologies.
  • Monitoring incoming alerts/incidents
  • Strong customer relations experience
  • Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding/work experience of Complex/diverse environments
  • Status Reporting
Good experience of Remote Infrastructure Support experience with knowledge on Datacenter environment

There is a requirement for weekend support as well and should be flexible

Excellent communication and helpdesk experience will be good
