Overview
We are looking for a Transformation Director for our client a leading consultancy to oversee projects within the back office.
You will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive internal and external Transformation Programme, including service, infrastructure and organisational reconfiguration, and lead the delivery of major service re-design programme.
It is very important that you have:
- Strong Finance Change understanding
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at all levels
- Good Business intelligence
- Financial analysis skills
- Essential – project experience delivering Financial Business Change
- Programme management in complex and multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Run SAP projects
- Experience working on large scale change programmes that have realized savings and service improvements.
