In this role you will assist and support the Training team for our client – one of the largest quality assurance specialists in Ireland. This is a permanent opportunity and this role forms part of the support function for the UK and Ireland.

About role:

  • Assist the senior team members with development of a training plan/ training content/ needs analysis across the business
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, processes, and formalizing procedures
  • Administering and coordinating training activities
  • Other support tasks

About you:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent time management/prioritising skills
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail
  • Be proficient with MS Office programs
  • Have a "can do" attitude
