Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to Business and Tech team
  • Develop a training plan to support the rollout of Finance Transformation Programme
  • Conduct full training needs analysis
  • Conduct skills audits, identifying skill and capability gaps
  • Provide regular reporting on all aspects of training activity
  • Plan training by effectively managing external suppliers

Experience
  • Experienced in 1 to 1 and virtual facilitation, confident and engaging delivery style
  • Experienced in design and delivery of management / leadership development content
  • Experience in Oracle Transformation would be beneficial
