Administering & maintaining day to day Telephony operations by:

• Ensuring availability of telephony services

• Meeting SLA for incidents & service requests

• Providing out of hours support as required

• Maintaining controls framework & component register

• Incident troubleshooting

• Business requests

• User Admin

• MAC's

• Realtime & Historical Reporting

• Call Routing

• Mobile device management

• Server patching


Key technologies:

• Aspect ACD

• Alcatel OmniPCX

• Verint v11

• Apple Mobile Devices

• IP Telephony experience
