Technology Training Manager


Senior Technology Trainer

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Technology Trainer. The role will include mix of front line training delivery and management responsibilities. In this role you will report to the Chief Technology Officer.

About role:

  • Develop training programmes and initiatives
  • Deliver training classes
  • Maintain technical knowledge of training tools, methodologies & concepts
  • Record and track training sessions and keep appropriate records with feedback
  • Analyse training metrics & identify training needs
  • Implement Train the Trainer sessions for the training team
  • Involved with people management responsibilities for the trainers

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years training experience
  • Great knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Sound knowledge of training methods, design tools & techniques
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - verbal and written
  • Knowledge of assistive technologies a plus
