Technical Trainer

Requirements Main Responsibilities:
• Work with Managers and department heads to determine and deliver technical training modules to internal staff and clients.
• Learn how to configure and customise the product across several releases
• Development of all course material interfacing with engineering, professional services and other applicable areas (departments) to ensure course material is accurate and reflects current product features. • Develop product demonstration/simulations and case studies
• Design training material including PowerPoint presentations, notes / handouts and lab exercises
• Adhere to deadlines, project commitments and deliverables
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle
• Provide timely feedback on training content and incorporating same into current training documentation
• Manage training events from start to finish Required Skills
• Experience working with o Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database
o Java Script or Web development knowledge
o Programming language

• Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Beneficial Skills The following skills would be useful but not required
• Experience working with C# language and Visual Studio
• Knowledge of Microsoft .net framework
• Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
• Knowledge of Apache Camel route configuration and transforms
• Knowledge of the financial services industry an advantage
• Source Control – Git / TFS Education & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Computing or similar related qualification
• Microsoft Certification an advantage
• Train the Trainer is desirable
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
