Technical support Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the support team within a Software company based in Dublin. 

Some of the responsibilities include: 
- Working closely with the Technical Support Team to ensure the customers needs are always put first 
- Contribute to positive change, supporting other team members within and outside own team
- Providing a visible and proactive service 
- Ensuring issues are being escalated appropriately 

Who are we looking for: 
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken 
- Problem solving skills 
- basic understanding of PHP, MySQL and HTML5 
- Previous experience working within a Customer services related role 
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
