About the client:

Our Client is a leading global independent third-party provider of IT support and maintenance for a renowned IT Solution provider IBM. Headquartered in Dublin, they also have subsidiaries in the UK & USA, and with partners worldwide.

They are expanding a lot and looking to hire a Technical Pre-Sales Analyst.

About the role:

As a Technical Pre-Sales Analyst you will possess the technical insight and acumen, while working alongside our IBM Product Subject Matter Experts, to successfully carry out a detailed review of each IBM Software Product to determine its supportability.


  • Support Sales Team closing new contract opportunities
  • Carry out detailed technical reviews of IBM Software Products
  • Working closely with Subject Matter Experts to carry out the technical reviews of each product. 
  • Link all of the operational teams together (Licensing, Technical Council, IBM® Subject Matter Experts, Technical Support, Legal & Contract, Talent Management) to ensure that all customer queries relating to our service are answered promptly and appropriately.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Delivering analysis reports

About the successful candidate:

  • 5 years’ experience in IT technical role
  • Exceptional presentation and networking skills
  • Enthusiastic problem-solver who could maintain a holistic overview of complex situations
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate accountability, drive and initiative working individually or as part of a team.
