OverviewTechnical Support Lead for an airline company
A global leader in the software consultancy industry is looking to hire a talented and passionate Lead Support engineer for their customer, a leading airline company, with application development/support experience involving technologies such as VB.NET (mainly), Oracle PLSQL and Clipper.
What makes this role interesting?
The primary responsibilities would include acting as the SPOC for the client and Technical lead for a group of applications, coordination with an offshore team and providing technical consultancy.
What experience do you need for this role?
? A strong IT experience of 6+ years, with minimum 2 years of experience in application support
? Specialized in Microsoft technologies such as VB.NET and also Oracle PLSQL.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and leadership skills.
? Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
? Experience in customer, end user interactions and working with distributed teams.
? Airline domain experience is a nice-to-have.
