Technical Delivery Lead (Teleco)

Architecture and Technical leadership service across the nominated projects in scope to ensure that the appropriate high and low level designs are delivered with integrity, and to provide the required technical leadership end to end through to the delivery and closure of each constituent project.

 

Management of service across the agreed project scope to ensure that the required technical environments for each constituent project are delivered on time and are fit for purpose, and thereafter to manage these environments throughout the lifecycle of the programme such that all projects have the required environments when they are needed, across Dev/Test/Preprod and Live. Provide inputs required by company for Go/No Go decisions. Produce progress reports and input summaries to  Release manager.

 

Infrastructure Services covers the following deliverables :

 

Weekly risks, issues, dependency, planning & progress reporting

  • Contributing to Requirements Gathering / High Level Design
  • Low Level Design (LLD) across multiple vendors
  • CIT / SIT Test Cases & Plans Ready
  • SLRT - Service Launch Requirements
  • Test data available SIT – Development, Test & Production Environments
  • Leadership of issue triage during test
  • Deployment Readiness Checklist completion
  • Successful handover to Operational Support

 

Outputs & Deliverables G1:

  • Provide Technical input into CRD
  • Support project planning and mobilisation
  • Gather connectivity details from third parties
  • Identification of solution dependencies

 

Outputs & Deliverables G2:

  • Contributing to Requirements Gathering / High Level Design
  • Engage PCS to map out connectivity and Security groups
  • Participating in Network Design and Troubleshooting
  • Participating in Interface Designs
