Client Description

Our client is a well-established provider of Multilingual Customer Experience & Technical Support solutions services located in Cork and they are looking for Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst/Administrator with experience in reporting and analysing who is reliable, creative, responsive and well organized and possesses good computer skills

 

The role

 

As a Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Recruitment Department across all reporting needs.

You are expected to be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting the organisation’s data in relation to the recruitment progress. Particular focus is required on your guidance on how to best provide efficient solutions, such as simplified routine processing and reporting to the recruitment team and management department.

 

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Microsoft package, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Macros and VB. You should also have experience with BI tools, Google Apps suite and other reporting/software application tools. Previous experience/qualification in the HR/Recruitment Industry would be an advantage.

 

 

 

Job Type & Salary:     Full-time / €30K
