The Role

The company is looking to expand its information technology team. This team is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software and networking of all systems in the company. This team develops and delivers innovative, frictionless IT solutions that are specific to our global workforce



  • Third Level Computer Science, Computer Engineering Degree or related Degree. Minimum 2:1
  • The successful application will have 2-3 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of various operating systems such as Linux & Windows
  • An understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP/S, SMTP and DNS to debug and troubleshoot common problems
  • Excellent time-keeping and communication skills. This is essential in working with other departments
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English-language communication skills
  • Ability to write system documentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required. This can be required when working with other members of staff and/or customers in other geographic locations
  • Knowledge & experience of computer hardware
  • Willingness to travel overseas if required

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of firewalls, routing and IT security
  • Virtualization knowledge
  • Support of mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.
  • Storage knowledge, i.e. SAN & NAS
  • Cisco and other networking certifications or familiarity with the configuration of Cisco devices
