Day rate 500 per day

Partnering closely with Product and Development teams to design and establish specifications for delivery by the development team.  Translation of business requirements into detailed Development stories and identifying acceptance criteria.  Analysing and understanding current design to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by the Development team and incorporated into feature discussions.  Determine development impacts to current processing and work with developers to ensure the accuracy of enhancements and drive towards elimination of gaps. Performing technical analysis of platform hardware and software to ensure that business and functional requirements can be met. Produce systems design documentation in accordance with Mastercard documentation standards, ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams. Lead reviews of technical requirements.  Document and coordinate audit controls and compliance requirements. Provide technical support to Business Owners during implementation of new products/services.  Working as part of a co-located, high-performing Agile Scrum team. Skills/ Abilities Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly gain technical understanding of Consumer Data Management’s services. Knowledge of Java back-end development and working with Java frameworks such as Spring – the ideal candidate will have a background in software development.  Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions such as PCF, Azure an advantage. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work through ambiguity to drive out detail and build consensus from stakeholders.  Excellent communication/presentation skills. Passionate about continuous improvement and driving standards within our feature intake and development processes.  High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to take on challenging opportunities
