Join an Innovative award winning team in the Agri-food industry who are now aligned with the fastest growing Agri business in the world. We are looking to recruit a systems administrator to support the company’s infrastructure and colleagues within the business.
Key deliverables of the role:
To be a technical lead in the following activities:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution on-site, via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
End User support for PCs, Printers, standard MS Operating system, MS Office, Exchange and other Group applications and Services.
Network support of LAN and WAN
? Manage system applications VMWARE, VEAMS, McAfee Security, SonicWall Firewalls
? Oversee the administration of Global Active Directory of the company's network.
? Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support
? Liaising with external third party Service Providers
? Registering user support calls in the Call Management System - SalesLogix
? To ensure that SalesLogix is kept up-to-date and accurate and also ensure that all notes and associated information relating to calls are added to the system in an appropriate manner.
What background and experience are we looking for?
? Degree in IT or relevant work experience
? Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a systems administrator role
