e-Frontiers is working in partnership with a Dublin based firm to hire a Software Engineer, Dev Support - Java. You will have the opportunity to support a unique products and its various customers alongside a mutlinational/distributed team.

The project
Specializing in development support your contributions will directly impact the long-term success of customer relationships by streamlining defect resolutions through the pipelines.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where continuous change and innovation are certain. This is an opportunity to be a member of a team with ownership responsibility for production level service deployments and operations with global reach and maximum customer impact.


  • Troubleshoot and solve production customer reported support issues for deployed services.
  • Utilize post-mortem log analysis and debug code to identify software defects.
  • 2 years of development support and/or software development experience.
  • Or, 2 - 5 years experience in a technical customer success role.
  • Strong Java skills, specifically with Spring
Nice to Have / Non-essential
  • Experience in cloud computing - ideally AWS
  • Experience with web architectures and technologies (HTTP, REST)
