Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Sharepoint  2013 Administration

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):               

  • Administration and Configuration SharePoint 2013  Farms.
  • Monitoring of  SharePoint  2013 Farms health and performance
  • Provide support to third party tools integrated with SharePoint  2013 farm like Visual SP,  Macro view, Content Matrix etc.
  • Administration of IIS.
  • Liaise with multiple support team for resolving day to issues and maintenance
  • Resolve any issues and document  the solution for future reference. 
  • Provide support to development team
  • Perform migrations from on premise to SharePoint Online (dedicated)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Work Planning

 

  • Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it):             
  •  Collaborate with onsite and offshore team, performs onsite coordinator role – if Required.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Must possess a deep technical and architectural understanding of all aspects of Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 platform solutions
  • Installation & Configuration of  SharePoint FARM 2013 on multi box  solution
  • Installation & Configuration of  MOSS 2007
  • Offline  setup of WF Manager
  • PowerShell Scripting for IA, deployment.
  • SharePoint Designer WF 2007/2010/2013
  • Hybrid search setup
  • Knowledge of o365
  • IIS Administration
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
  • Third party tools like Visual SP, Macroview, ControlPoint 
  • Hands-on experience and capabilities for deploying customized SharePoint solutions
  • Experience in life cycle of SharePoint including Design, Programming, Implementation, Administration and Maintenance of various Applications.
  • Configuration of services Applications
  • Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
