One of the fastest growing suppliers of communication solutions and IT services worldwide is looking for a ServiceNow Trainer. You will be based in Romania- Cluj 

My client is a global independent communications company that provides communication solutions including voice, data and networking services to a wide variety of small, medium and large corporate clients worldwide.

As ServiceNow Technical Trainer you will be involved in all aspects of training both onsite with customers and internally with employees.

The role will include:

  • Assess customers training needs & create a training analysis document
  • Write training plan proposal documentation for customer
  • Negotiate with customer at all levels to gain sign off for training plan
  • Familiarisation and research for customer’s ServiceNow implementation
  • Planning, preparing and researching course content
  • Writing technical course material
  • Organising and promoting courses
  • Presenting courses to groups in a classroom environment
  • Presenting courses over screen sharing technology (WebEx)
  • Course administration
  • Keeping personal IT skills and knowledge up to date
  • Mentoring colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Geneva & Helsinki versions of ServiceNow preferred
  • Previous training experience required
  • Excellent communicator, with natural confidence of presenting
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Happy to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Able to assert authority during a course if required

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • ServiceNow Foundation
  • ServiceNow Administrator
  • ITIL Foundation
