Client Description

Our client is an independent advisory firm specialising in cybersecurity and information security, located in Dublin North and they are looking for an innovative and dynamic individual who is well organized, possesses good leadership skills and a has passion for information security.


The role


The Service Delivery Manager will be the point of contact between the organization and their clients, responsible for the client relationships, coordinating related activities ensuring the service provided to clients is in line with SLA metrics.

You are also expected to be responsible for lead and manage a team of 5 consultants, scheduling and supervising the work within the team.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in a similar industry, with excellent team leadership, people management and project management skills. A degree in a management or HR discipline with a knowledge in Certified Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CISA etc) would be an advantage.

You should also have an understanding of business models and Operations Management Strategy.



Job Type & Salary:     Full-time / €50K - €65K
