Senior Technical Recruiter

Overview

Our client is one of the largest communication technology companies in the world. They are delivering leading SAAS and mobile technology platforms and solutions which helps people, businesses and things communicate better.

 

They are currently looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter for their office in Dublin. This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of talent within the business and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

 

What you’ll be doing...

Specific Responsibilities To Include, But Not Limited To:

  • Proactively identifying new candidates for our EMEA markets across the R&D, Product and Design
  • Act as Talent Advisor to Management on Market trends, salaries availability etc.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers, Team Leads and Lead Recruitment Manager to identify the right candidates
  • Manage large volume of Direct and Agency partner candidates
  • Screen, Process and Negotiate terms with candidates and/or agencies
  • Sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, Git, Stack Overflow and encouragement of referrals etc.

What we’re looking for...

Experience:

  • 3-4 years Software and Design recruitment experience, .Net or QA Automation – Inhouse or Agency
  • IT or SaaS company experience
  • Experience dealing with large volume of roles and applications
  • Experience screening candidates for high complexity positions in a competitive market
  • Comfortable with a very fast past changing environment

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, HR, Marketing, Sales or Business is desirable but not essential
