Senior Business Development Appointment Setting Professional (part time)

Our client is a bunch of Business professionals who have figured out how to identify and eliminate the pain and frustration of the daily grind that owner managers continuously face. They are working with Manufacturing and Distributor type businesses across Ireland typically with annual revenue of around up to €5m and around 30 employees. They come in to solve poor cash-flow, slow sales, too much stock, HR issues or the lack of procedures or processes. Their approach is straightforward and they have secured a number of well-known business across the ROI.

Having over 9 years’ experience on the market and significant amount of recurring clients, they are looking to grow and would like to hire Senior Business Development Appointment Setting person.

This would be a part time role (3 mornings or afternoons per week) and can be done from home or from their offices in Carlow. Company will provide all the tools to be successful in the role.

We are looking for a person who would be able to deliver the right message and set the appointments for partners. We know, that it takes 100 calls to get 3 appointments, but once they get their appointments – they have a business. The person will be also tasked to clear their CRM system – ZOHO (they have around 450 clients there). Successful candidate would be able to speak with MDs, able to handle rejections and turn negative answers into positive meetings!

They are not a typical consultancy firm. Actually, they hate being called consultants.  They roll up their sleeves and deliver the necessary systems and structures that drive growth and profitability. Their focus is on action, results and solving problems.

Gražina has 5 years’ experience in the full cycle of recruitment (permanent, temporary and contract) having worked for e-Frontiers for 4 years.
