Senior Sales Operations Manager

Our client is a digital enablement company founded in 2009. They are specializing in client onboarding and regulatory technology solutions for financial services including Corporate & Institutional Banking, Asset Management, Commercial & Retail Banking, Private Banking & Wealth Management.

Due to the growth of the company we are looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Manager to be part of a new sales operations function supporting a small sales team across the globe

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for building and shaping the strategy of the sales organisation for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Operations
  • You will be an integral member of the newly formed Global Sales Operations team
  • Sales Reporting, analysis and intelligence
  • Operational, diagnostic and interpretative analysis
  • Forecast Management / Pipeline Metric's / Reporting & dashboards / Data Governance
  • Operational Alignment with marketing Operations
  • Develop and maintain Sales Forecasting reporting and analysis
  • Monitor Sales capacity and productivity, providing recommendations to leadership
  • Support functions essential to Salesforce productivity and analytics
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports, assisting in the development of new reporting tools as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a similar position
  • Ability to build complex models and perform predictive modelling and analysis that provides management insights
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, funnel management, renewals, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, both in written and verbal form
  • Understanding of the typical technology and information interfaces with other parts of the company, such as IT, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing
  • Salesforce.com expertise
