Senior Human Resources Associate/HR Administrator (6 months)


Our client, a global leader in school education providing learning solutions to help children develop their potential.

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Associate/Administrator to help Global HR colleagues on employee queries; benefits; performance management; compensation planning; recruiting and employee engagement initiatives.


What the job will entail:

  • HR administration – provide support to employees (via mailbox and in person) as well as to a global HR team
  • Update all the records on the HRM system
  • Ensure all the documentation and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements
  • Update payroll team on new starters and leavers as well as generate monthly reports
  • Managing online absence system
  • Work with a global team on benefits and employee wellness programmes
  • Performance management - work with other stakeholders and help to coordinate performance management cycle
  • Run reports on annual appraisals and identify outstanding actions to work with relevant managers
  • Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding – work with HR business partners on the employee onboarding ensuring all the documentation is prepared
  • Partner with Recruiters and HR Business partners on graduate programmes, secondments, talent search initiatives, and exit process
  • Providing general HR support updating HR content, analyzing data and generating reports and key metrics

What are you expected to bring to the role:

  • 3+ years in HR roles
  • HR certification preferred
  • Previous experience working with colleagues based internationally is a benefit
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and procedures as well as legislation
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with different HR systems
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (other languages beneficial)
  • High attention to details and impeccable organizational and customer service skills
