Our client is an international Saas software company that develop a Human Capital Management Platform and works with enterprise clients worldwide. Their Customer Success team ensures the customers receive maximum value of their solution as well as an outstanding customer experience.

The Job:


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and you will be responsible for the overall health of customers, developing relationships with accounts and understanding their needs, drive insights from feedback with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate.

Your bread and butter will be engaging and maintaining relationships with clients; checking if they are using all the features efficiently; helping to manage projects implementation schedule and ensure all documentation is right.

The Customers Success Manager we are looking for, must be versatile, as you’ll interact with different customers every day while working closely with different departments.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer relationship management experience and proven track record of going an extra mile to make sure customer is satisfied.

The person will be technical enough to be able to work with SaaS solution and have previous experience with different sales products or methodologies such as Salesforce.com.

Still some important must haves: your previous experience in customer success in a technology/ or related /business consultancy type role (5+). Previous sales experience would be of big advantage as well.

Location: Our client is based in South Dublin.

Salary: €60-70k base + 10% bonus
