Our client is  looking for a professional Senior Bids Specialist who will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team. This is a very important position and the role will encompass the end-to-end management of a key strand of new business generation for the firm.


  • Management of the internal bid process, tracking of the tender process and own the completion of all tenders

  • Continual development of an effective tender tracking process

  • Regular liaison with senior management and relevant departments

  • Document production including developing key messages and writing content

  • Preparation of all presentations

  • Delivering documents to tight deadlines

  • Engaging with a range of partners and working closely with internal and external contacts

  • Taking part in key meeting


  • Strong Bid writing experience and excellent people management skills

  • Capable of working on own or as a team

  • Able to work to deadlines, coordinate multiple projects and deliver under pressure

  • Knowledge and understanding of the provision of professional services ideally corporate legal services (preferred but not essential)

  • Have excellent attention to detail as well as strong presentation skills

  • Commercial focus and acumen
