Overview

Scrum Master
6 month contract
500-550 per day
  • Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
  • Remove impediments
  • Develop ways of working for new teams
  • Coach other team members as necessary
  • Support and coach the Product Owner on agile/Scrum practices
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to analyse the health of the product backlog to ensure it is detailed, estimated and prioritised
  • Produce burndown/burnup charts and other reports as necessary
  • Drive to build a self-organization and growth mindset in teams
  • Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed without fear of blame
  • Regularly review release plans and roadmaps with the Product Owner to ensure team velocity matches estimated timelines
  • Provide input to the agile governance structure
  • Scrum Master for multiple teams with a mix of onshore and offshore resources

 

Project management tasks such as, but not limited to:

  • Managing project/product delivery from early stage business case approval through to live operation
  • Communicate project status and release progress to stakeholders, including identifying risks, dependencies, impediments and improvements
  • Assist in acquiring sign-off on project budgets
  • Manage project budget
