Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 to 12 months contract to join a leading Irish consultancy company. This role will be located in Dublin.

You will need to have at least 2 years of Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

The role requires to have knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) applications (ideally SteelBrick) and knowledge of Marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketo)

Other skills you need to have for the role are:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and Service Cloud technical requirements, system configuration, and user requirements
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Communities
  • Strong communication, documentation, prioritization and training skills
  • Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, and formula fields
