Sales & Marketing Administrator

Our client is a consultancy firm who is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their team and to work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development Manager, in supporting them in sales and marketing activities.
This is a maternity cover contract, with a view to extending further.
- 1 years of experience in administration/sales/marketing
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Supporting Head of Sales with various administration tasks
- Qualify and field inbound opportunities, and inquiries by phone, email and website submissions.
- Processing sales orders
- Preparing proposals and related documentations
- Following up proposals and opportunities via phone and email, with direction from Head of Sales
- Update content on the company website and company LinkedIn and twitter accounts
- Coordinate company events
- Manage company newsletter
- To assist with SEO and other marketing focussed campaigns
