Sales & Marketing Administrator

Overview

Our client is a consultancy firm who is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their team and to work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development Manager, in supporting them in sales and marketing activities. 

This is a maternity cover contract, with a view to extending further. 

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in administration/sales/marketing
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken 
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Head of Sales with various administration tasks 
  • Qualify and field inbound opportunities, and inquiries by phone, email and website submissions.
  • Processing sales orders 
  • Preparing proposals and related documentations
  • Following up proposals and opportunities via phone and email, with direction from Head of Sales 
  • Update content on the company website and company LinkedIn and twitter accounts
  • Coordinate company events 
  • Manage company newsletter 
  • To assist with SEO and other marketing focussed campaigns
