Our client is an ambitious Irish company operating on the market since 2001. During those years company managed to acquire over 3000 customers – both SMEs (main focus) and Enterprise. Company is specialising in printing equipment working with a multiple well known vendors. Having enjoyed solid growth over the past number of years, and on the strength of that they are looking to attract an ambitious Sales Manager to work with the Managing Director to drive the growth of existing products and expand their offerings into new markets.

This role requires an energetic and driven individual who is looking to put their stamp on a business with a view to taking on a very Senior Role within the organisation.

The Role:

  • To achieve and increase Sales turnover and Gross Profit
  • To gain and develop new accounts while managing customer retention
  • Accurately complete sales administration – forecasting, pipeline management.
  • To meet and deliver targets in terms of revenue and profitability
  • To devise and deliver a business plan to maximise growth
  • To manage and motivate existing sales team
  • To cultivate new business opportunities in sectors such as Education, Financial, Semi State & SME markets etc., through a proactive and dynamic approach to business development
  • To prepare regular management information reports on activities in the market and make recommendations to improve the business in the region
  • Maintain competitor awareness
  • Liaise with the Accounts function to minimise credit exposure

The Person:

  • Minimum of 5 years track record of profitable sales delivery and significant achievement through technical sales in a B2B environment
  • The capacity to create, interpret, understand and act upon financial data to achieve customer solutions
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills
  • Capable of developing relationships throughout our customer organisations right up to MD/FD level
  • Ability to continually develop knowledge and skills
  • IT literate (MS Office and sales software), Experience of SAP desirable
  • People management experience

The Package:
The basic salary will reflect the candidates experience, as a guide OTE of €80,000 +
Full expenses, mobile, laptop and car allowance will be provided.


The role is based in the North County Dublin, close to M50.
