Sales Account Manager with Managed Services Company


Our client is a well stablished IT Managed Services Company that specialises in designing, implementing and managing IT infrastructure as a service and cloud solutions in Ireland and UK. They are looking for a Sales Account Manager to manage healthy relationships with SME clients in Ireland (predominantly Dublin).

Job description

You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with designated accounts (around 20): working on projects, making sure all SLA’s are met, identifying new upselling opportunities.

You will be working closely with service delivery team, managed services team, security team, operations department to make sure the clients’ projects and services are delivered according to contractual agreements. Apart from that, you will be responsible to administer all the accounts and making sure all the information is put into the system.

Moreover, you will be also acting as a point of contact for client making sure the customers are happy.

Finally, you will be representing the company during the clients’ meetings and presenting the reports.

We are looking for a responsible, presentable professional, comfortable with the ITIL foundation, with good administration skills who is able to represent the company and the product, capable of building relationship with clients. The aspirant need to be confident, energetic, savvy smart and most important very ambitious.

Good approach and good fit in the organization with a nice personality, great values and a good work ethic is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone with few years’ experience in IT sales (preferably managed services) and who is willing to learn. Technically savvy and previous experience in ITIL would be beneficial.

Impeccable communication and organisational skills are of key importance.


€40K + OTE
