Our client is a world leader in cloud-based dispatch technology helping over 50,000 vehicles move their customers across Ireland, the UK, US and Canada. Founded in 2010 in Ireland this expanding tech company has doubled their staff in 2016 and after a recent investment looking to expand further. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Regional Product Marketing Specialist to be based in US/CANADA and help the organization to scale through conducting competitor analysis, undertaking market research, liaising closely with existing customers and working closely with the product, marketing, sales, customer experience teams to work on strategic positioning of the product to the market, customers, partners and potential prospect customers.

The role would include:

  • Shaping the product though understanding of the market, trends, threats, opportunities, competitive landscape
  • Shipping the product through positioning product on the market, presenting new features, driving the demand and adoption in conjunction with Marketing
  • Promoting the product – being a true product ambassador on the ground and helping sales and CX teams sell more. Driving overall awareness and success of the product.
  • Understanding and documenting the market, buying process, including the information on the ‘who, what, when and why’ behind the decisions.
  • Develop marketing plans for the products and assess their effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Plan the new launches, relaunches or new releases of products and go to market strategies
  • Understand and support sales channel with training, internal tools or relevant internal or external collateral

What skills do I need?

  • Relevant 5+ product marketing experience with market facing role (presentations; competitor analysis) combined with passion, energy, and drive
  • Preferably educated to Batchelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Previous experience working in a transportation/car/taxi sector is a plus
  • Strong with CRM tools, Slack and Hubspot
  • Able to review and analyse market data and summarise key findings
  • Excellent relationship building skills and developing a strong network in the dedicated area
  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to produce content
  • Strong consultative selling and business development skills
  • Ability to build relationships and drive execution
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (French/Spanish would be a bonus)
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis
