What is the Opportunity?


Our client is one of Dublin’s busiest Real Estate Agents and are currently looking for a Receptionist / Office Admin to join their team, who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities within the office environment including answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, overseeing appointment setting and schedules, data entry and a variety of front office reception tasks.

 

We are looking for a reliable Receptionist / Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

 

Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Office Administrator include:

 

· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);

· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;

· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;

· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

 

 

Candidate Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Receptionist, office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday – Standard working hours.

Salary: €25,000 per year.

Interview: we would meet the recommended/preferred candidate or candidates at our office for an interview.

Start date: ASAP.
