Project Manager / Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor & measure projects and report to the Programme Manager on progress including milestones, risks, issues and problem resolution
  • Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to identify and document project goals, business requirement and action plans in order to facilitate successful implementation / execution of all projects
  • Coordinate project tasks & deliverables across multiple projects with internal and external development teams
  • Maintain project plans and carry out project documentation such as requirements definition, technical specification, process mapping.
  • Move from Project Manager to Business Analysts to ensure all business requirements are documented and met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Process Mapping, work with business and engineering teams to develop process maps of functional areas during development
  • Trouble shooting issues, working with internal resources and 3rd parties to deliver solutions
  • Testing support including UAT co-ordination and integration testing

 

Experience & Required Skills

  • 4 years’ experience in a project management / business analyst role
  • Experience in full software development project lifecycle
  • Excellent organisational skills; demonstrable ability to manage projects through to successful completion within established time frames, budget and / or resources
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in using Agile project methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Project

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or other closely-related discipline
  • Formal Project Management training e.g. Certified Scrum master PMI, desirable.
