Project Management Administrator PMO

Our client, an important financial services consulting company is looking for a PMO. This is a 6 months contract role located in Dublin- City Centre.
You will work in a project which will involve the configuration and deployment of the mortgage origination and special servicing platforms.
Your main responsibilities will be: administrative support, meeting planning and minute taking; project monitoring, tracking and auditing, including risks, issues, actions, etc. Also to maintaining all project documentation during projects and archiving at project completion.
For this role you need PMO experience, strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across different levels, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Also a financial services background is preferred.
