Project (Bid/Tenders) Manager - Co. Kildare - Daily Rate Contract

Reporting: to the Head of Client Services

I’m on the lookout for a Project (Bid, Tenders) Manager. The role is contract position for 3-6 months.  

About the role:

  • Support and co-ordination of the bidding process
  • Preparation of the tenders/bids, response documents through to submission
  • Preparation of Financial workings and Finance Bid Models
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Measure and report on tender submission status
  • Preparation of MS Project Implementation Plans

About you:

  • Understanding of standard bid financial/pricing models
  • Strong communication skills and great time management skills
  • Excellent MS Excel  and MS Project knowledge
  • Preferably a Finance Graduate (with 2-5 years’ post qualification experience)
