Programme Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager for a 6 months contract to work in midlands location.
 

Your main responsibilities will be:
•    Help design, document and maintain systems and other processes
•    Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the Senior Management Team / Steering Committee
•    Communicate key insights and findings to the Senior Management Team
•    Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer and the business.
•    Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
•    Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for each project
•    Coordinate cross-project activities
•    Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
•    Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
•    Apply change, risk and resource management
•    Assume responsibility for the programme’s vendors
•    Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
•    Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
•    Prepare reports for program directors
•    Perform quality assurance
•    Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

It is important that you have:
•    Previous experience in business analysis
•    Proven experience as a Programme Manager or other managerial position
•    Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
•    Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
•    Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods
•    Excellent Knowledge of change management principles
•    Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
•    Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of programme/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
•    Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Payments experience is mandatory.
