The opportunity

Productivity Trainer has responsibility for meeting the training needs for the site/region. This person must determine the needs of the user community and make sure that the IS&T organisation is providing technical training that meets those needs.

Description

  • Deliver technical training to customer employees across the EMEIA region, both in person and remotely using video conferencing and broadcasting equipment
  • Work with the training lead to schedule 1:1 and group training sessions
  • Compose and send email communications and reminders about training sessions to employees
  • Record and track training attendance and report on the employee feedback
  • Maintain an internal training website
  • Assist in the identification of training needs in the company

Requirements

  • Ideally at least 4+ years experience training a variety of audiences from one-to-one sessions to groups of up to a hundred people
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills - Fluency in English
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team and to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience in technical writing, content creation

Nice to Have

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Cisco Jabber, WebEx, video conferencing technologies, e-learning tools
  • Passion for IT industry and global companies
