Our client is a global leader specialized in financial technology managed services and they are looking for an Office Administrative / Personal Assistant who could provide all administrative and personal assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

About the job:

As an Office Administrative / Personal Assistant you will be tasked to provide administrative support to CEO, including preparations of proposals and presentations. You will be in charge of diary management, travel arrangements, events organisation as well as coordinating several other activities.

Your help will be required during the meetings, where we would expect you to take the notes and collating briefing documentation for those meeting.  Finally, your bread and butter would be administrative support, ad-hoc projects.

About you:

Previous relevant experience is very important for our client, therefore if your background lays in previous PA or HR support at least for 2 years– your candidacy is definitely of a potential fit for this role.

To be successful for this role we would expect you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to professional and client service excellence.

We assume you show high level of integrity, are trustworthy and have proven ability to work on your own and as a part of a team.

High computer literacy skills, Word, business writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills – are important factors to be successful in this position.
