Our client is a leading professional Advisory and Corporate Finance firm helping businesses in ROI and UK to achieve their business, strategic and financial objectives.

Company’s main expertise lays in refinancing, sourcing external capital, business turnaround, business advisory, due diligence, transaction services, debt management, independent business review, business plans & financial modelling.

As the company continues to grow they are looking to recruit Personal Assistant to support senior management team (5 Directors) as well as minor administrative support to the team of 15 people.

The job:

As a Personal Assistant you will be tasked to provide administrative support to directors including preparations of proposals and presentations. You will be in charge of diary management, travel arrangements, events organisation as well as coordinating several internal initiatives.

Your help will be required during the meetings, where we would expect you to take the notes and collating briefing documentation for those meeting.  Finally, your bread and butter would be administrative support, ad-hoc projects, managing correspondence.

The fit:

Previous relevant experience is very important for our client, therefore if your background lays in previous PA support to Senior Management at least for 2 years– your candidacy is definitely of a potential fit for this role.

In order to be successful for this role we would expect you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to professional and client service excellence.

We assume you show high level of integrity, are trustworthy and have proven ability to work on your own as a part of a team.

High computer literacy skills, Word, business writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills – are important factors to be successful in this position.

 

The location:

City centre location, with convenient transport access.

Package:

Up to €35k depending on experience.

She is currently a Lead Recruiter within the e-Frontiers Business department managing the Customer LifeCycle team. Gražina is a native of Lithuania and speaks fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian & Polish. She fell in love with Dublin during the St. Patrick's Festival in 2013 and is now well engrained within the Irish culture scene, enjoying the local craic and supporting Dublin's North City Dart's League team.
