Our client is a rapidly expanding SaaS company that develops a technology solution for businesses to gather customer, employee and market data, working with over 8.500 clients worldwide. They currently have an excellent opportunity for Payroll Manager to join the team and contribute to the company’s compensation and benefits proficiency, making billing and payments easy for clients and vendors.

Job Description
The Job:

As Payroll Lead you will be responsible for completing company’s monthly payroll and working with external providers to ensure timely processing, as well as ensuring payroll procedures comply with internal regulations. You will be dealing with all payroll related queries, and be main point of contact for internal and external auditors on all payroll related issues.

You will also be in charge of the company’s benefit schemes (pension, health, etc.) and assist with different account and finance projects, so you’ll always have something new and different going on.

The Fit:

Our client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual, with strong verbal and written communication skills. If you can talk numbers and have experience working with payroll in multiple countries, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications and experience:

  • IPASS or similar qualification desirable
  • Strong knowledge of payroll taxes
  • 3+ years’ experience in payroll, exposure to EMEA payrolls is an advantage
  • Vendor management experience across Europe
  • Proven record of implementing payroll procedures/processes
  • Self-starter, high organisation skills
  • Strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure and subject to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Our client is currently outsourcing their payroll and looking to bring it back home, so if you have experience in a similar context that would be definitely an advantage.

The Salary:
€40-60k depending on experience.
