Part Qualified Accountant

Location Dublin 15

Our client is a Prominent Electrical Engineering Contractor currently involved on a range on on-going projects.

They are looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to work in their Finance Department and will report directly to the CEO

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete the monthly management accounts.
  • Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis.
  • Compiling regular weekly management reports to ensure project data is accurately recorded and in line with original costings.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable
  • Responsible for general administration
  • Ad hoc reporting as may be required by management

Requirements:

  • Candidates should currently be pursuing a professional Accountancy qualification. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA,CPA, etc.)
  • Experience in a similar position/industry would be beneficial 
  • Experience using the Xero accounting software would be an advantage as would experience in project costing and related software.
  • Good communication skills

Other:

  • Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
  • The role offers potential for some remote working as well as career progression as the company continues to expand.
