Job Summary


Our client, a cloud-based software company with offices in Ireland and US, is looking for an Outbound Account Manager to join a new project within the sales team in the Dublin HQ on a permanent basis. 


With a large presence internationally, our client is looking to grow the existing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience selling Enterprise SaaS.


The Outbound Account Manager will be in charge for the design and the management of the outbound campaigns and will be responsible for managing prospects who have interacted with those campaigns through the entire Sales process.



You will work with an outbound BDR to execute Outbound Campaigns and you will inspire, engage and enable the team on best practice.

  • Manage the pipeline of Outbound Leads.
  • Provide advice and consultancy to prospects on how to best use the company products within their business.
  • Create new creative ways and strategies to generate leads.
  • Attend and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
  • Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process.


Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

You have 3-5 years of IT sales experience meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when dealing with complex business process, prospecting and opportunities.

You’ve worked with fast growing start-ups in the past and the tools they deem necessary.

You have a proven track record of selling in to Enterprise SaaS.

You’re humble, but confident in your abilities and skills as a leader and see your future in management.


Salary will be based on experience (commissions and accelerators bonus)
