New Business Sales Team Leader

 

Our client is a succesfull international call centre, offering customer service, sales, lead generation and other services to global companies.

They build their success by developing people and enabling them to succeed. Nature of their business requires close monitoring of individual and team performance and results-orientated culture is well embedded.

 

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Team Leader for a New Business Sales Team. Succesfull Team Leader will be leading by example, work on the recruitment and coaching and ensure sales and productivity targets are met and overachieved.

 

 

What will your day to day responsibilities look like:

  • Managing a multilingual team of 15
  • Driving the performance of the teams, ensuring KPIs, targets and metrics are met
  • Recruiting, mentoring agents and working with HR on those
  • Involved in day to day sales processes – helping, coaching, leading by example
  • Building relationships with client and internal stakeholders
  • Organising workload and prioritizing tasks of the agents
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

 

What is important in order to be succesfull in the role:

  • 3rd level education and 2+ years managing people in sales, customer care environment
  • Strong understanding and previous experience managing sales targets, KPIs and metrics
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor a sales team within a call centre environment
  • Interest in Social Media and Digital Marketing considered as a big plus
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and beyond
  • Highly motivated, energetic and able to lead by example

 

This role comes with an attractive package and OTE €44k+
