Client’s Description

Our client is an innovative international company in the FMCG industry, looking to incorporate a National Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships with wholesale channel.  

Job Description

The Job:

As National Account Manager, reporting directly to the Channel Controller, you will take ownership of wholesale channel, being responsible for planning and execution of targets and account plans.

You will develop business plans with key customers and deliver sales results as forecasted.

You will closely tie in with marketing team and develop promotional campaigns suitable for your partners, work on best price promotions.

Your responsibility will be working across full brands portfolio including beverages, snacks, alcohol, and confectionary.

It’s vital in this role to be able to build long lasting relationships with customers in order to achieve results.

Your working week will be split into two parts: being in the office and visiting customers.

We’re looking for a National Account Manager/Key Account Manager with 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working for and FMCG company.

Bachelor Degree in business related area is needed, but relevant experience is fine as well.

Strong knowledge of FMCG industry is required, including previous experience working with wholesales channel like Stonehouse, Barrys, Gala and Independent Cash & Carries.

Strong IT skills required to be able to drive analytics from data and understand those.


You are able to build relationships, work with customers on their sales forecast, deliver your KPI’s and have high level of commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.

The Salary:

Up to €65k + 20% Bonus, car allowance, healthcare, pension.


Our client is based in South Dublin City Centre.
