Our client is a SAAS company that offers cloud-based solutions to the property industry. They developed an innovative solution that streamlines workflows with their clients and customers.

We are currently looking for a B2C Telesales Executive to join their Sales team who will be responsible for engaging customers every day and becoming their trusted advisors (UK and ROI markets).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling products (media, energy waste etc).
  • Resolving customer queries within a fast & effective manner
  • Sales focused customer interaction, inbound/outbound calls, live chat to customers
  • Directly contacting Energy Suppliers with queries from our customers

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • B2C sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and loves working towards clear goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communications written, verbal and presentation skills and an ability to work cross-functionally and in teams
  • Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Energetic, self-motivated and self-directed

Gražina has 5 years’ experience in the full cycle of recruitment (permanent, temporary and contract) having worked for e-Frontiers for 4 years. She is currently a Lead Recruiter within the e-Frontiers Business department managing the Customer LifeCycle team.
