Our client is a SAAS company that offers cloud-based solutions to the property industry. They developed an innovative solution that streamlines workflows with their clients and customers.
We are currently looking for a B2C Telesales Executive to join their Sales team who will be responsible for engaging customers every day and becoming their trusted advisors (UK and ROI markets).
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling products (media, energy waste etc).
- Resolving customer queries within a fast & effective manner
- Sales focused customer interaction, inbound/outbound calls, live chat to customers
- Directly contacting Energy Suppliers with queries from our customers
Skills & Experience Required:
- B2C sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and loves working towards clear goals
- Excellent interpersonal communications written, verbal and presentation skills and an ability to work cross-functionally and in teams
- Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Energetic, self-motivated and self-directed
