Overview

Our client, based needs is someone with Moodle/VLE expertise. Someone that has worked in application support and can investigate and dig deep and do root cause analysis.

  • Assisted users (course program directors) with registrations
  • Set up course pages
  • Assisting with Moodle upgrade testing
  • Conduct user training
  • Work with Vendors on archival Year on year as well as upgrades
  • Dealing with minor but essential support tickets (Students and Academics queries)
