The Company

Our client is a very well-known healthcare company. With over 70 years’ experience in the industry, they are a science-based pharmaceutical company and they are focus on the research & development.

 

We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in the area of primary care to promote respiratory products to GPs across the Leinster territory.

 

The Role

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for covering the Leinster territory and you would be responsible for provide sales promotion to healthcare professionals for your specified target list e.g. GPs.

Responsibilities of the Medical Sales Representative include:

  • Deliver business strategies to achieve account sales and activity targets
  • Develop, implement and monitor a realistic account plan to identify a target customer base aligned with the potential to develop sales in the accounts.
  • Develop customer meetings in line with account objectives and company policies
  • Educate and promote the benefits of the client: medicines/services
  • Monitor business environment, with focus on competitors, changing customer and environmental needs and communicate appropriately.
  • Ensure expense forms, meeting arrangements forms and other administration procedures are accurately completed and submitted to the company by agreed deadlines

 

The Experience

We are looking for a professional sales individual with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in either primary care or secondary care.

Someone with the ability to build relationships and use relations to leverage business opportunities with a proven track record in the delivery of business objectives.

The familiarity of the Industry and knowledge of the key drivers/changes in primary care, secondary care, retail environment and HSE are mandatory.

Degree or other relevant qualification plus Full driving licence.
