Our client is an Irish software Start-up celebrating their 10 years of success. They have created a revolutionary SAAS platform which transforms the industry they are working in. It helps their clients to reduce operational costs, increase efficiency through automation, resulting in happier end users.

 

They are in an exciting expanding phase and looking to hire a Market Research Assistant to assisting in the maintenance of existing CRM (HubSpot) data and enrichment of new data into HubSpot.

 

Role:

This role requires analytical skills and multitasking capabilities as well as Interpersonal skills and Confidence. You should be comfortable speaking in front of strangers and presenting results to internal team members and management.

We are looking for someone proficient in the Office suite and skilled with Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete customer records
  • Complete complex data sets in a timely manner
  • Gain actionable insights and trends from existing and new data
  • Report levels of completion of the data sets on a weekly (or more frequently) basis
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source records obtained within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy through due diligence checks and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for system entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Keep information confidential and work in accordance with GDPR requirements
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

 

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Experience
  • Experience with a CRM advantageous but not essential - training will be provided
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to glean actionable insight from market data - connect the dots between different pieces of data and market research to support decision-making across the Commercial team
  • Good communication skills – you will be required to report on the progress of your task to Managers within the Organisation
